The Process

01

Booking

There's a few options for getting booked. See which of the below fits you best.

You know the style of cake you want and would like a quote before booking.

Send me as much information as possible via my booking form including venue, wedding date, number of guests/cake size you would like, and a description of the design and any inspiration pictures you may have found. I can come back to you with a quote. If you would like to go ahead with booking, it's a 20% deposit to secure your date in my diary.

You would like a quote but not sure what style cake to go for.

Book a free online consultation and we can talk through the look and feel of your day and the styles of cakes you like. I can then guide you on which design to go for and price it up for you. If you would like to go ahead with booking, it's a 20% deposit to secure your date in my diary.

You want to get booked into my diary and happy to work out the design and final price later.

If you know you want me to make your cake and just want to make sure you're booked into my diary you can pay a £50 deposit to secure your date. I'll work with you to develop a design you love and then I can cost up the final price of the cake for you. Fill out my booking form with your date and venue and explain that you would like to go with this option in the comment box and I'll check my availability.

Design

The Flavours

Once you're booked in I'll get working on a digital sketch of your wedding cake to help you visualise your design. You have the opportunity to make edits until you're 100% happy with your wedding cake.

I send out tasting boxes at the start and end of each year so that you can try my flavours and decide which ones you would like for your day. They are sent out next day delivery so you receive the cakes fresh. I email all my booked couples when the next boxes are being prepared so that you can book one.

Final Details

Your Wedding Day!

I'll have a final consultation with you around six weeks before your wedding day where we talk through the cake positioning and set-up, timings for the day and any other details I need to know. I'll also ask for your supplier details so I can liaise with your florist, stylist, wedding coordinator and venue ahead of the day. Your final balance will also be due a month before your wedding day.

Congratulations! The day is finally here! I'll arrive at the venue to deliver your cake and finish dressing it. I'll be done and out of sight before your day starts so that your cake will be ready for when your guests arrive. I'll keep an eye out for pictures after the day as I love to see you cutting your cakes!
